The CAM Academy Trust is a values‑driven family of schools serving communities across Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire, educating children and young people from ages 3 to 18.
Established in 2011, the Trust was originally formed to oversee the conversion of Comberton Village College to academy status and has since grown to include a broad mix of primary, secondary and sixth‑form settings across the region.
Today, the Trust oversees a group of schools committed to providing an excellent, comprehensive and inclusive education for all pupils, regardless of background or starting point.
At the heart of the Trust’s work are six core principles—Excellence, Comprehensive Education, Broad Education, Community, Partnership and Internationalism—which guide every aspect of school life and leadership. These principles reflect a belief that vibrant learning communities are built when pupils of all abilities and backgrounds thrive together, and that a truly excellent education empowers every child with choice, opportunity and agency.
The Trust currently includes a mix of primary schools, secondary schools, and sixth forms across South Cambridgeshire, Huntingdon and Bedfordshire. You can see more about our schools here.
